A weekly, Ballet and Pilates fusion class with Deepa Liegel.
Ball-ates is the technique-based ballet class, with a side of Pilates! This is a unique way to keep your technique on point and your artistry alive, but with the cross-training element of a pilates mat class thrown into the mix. Dancers will start with a mat pilates warm-up and then transition into ballet center. This will be an alignment-focused, strength-building class for anyone from the trained dancer looking to multi-task while working their technique to someone wanting to elevate their physical wellness via a more artistic outlet. Participants will need a mat and room to move their legs in all directions. Prepare to work your whole body and get your sweat on!
